Fredon’s ACT branch has achieved MATES In Construction Accreditation.
MATES In Construction NSW CEO Brad Parker presented Ian Knox, ACT HSEQ Coordinator, with the Certificate of Accreditation on Thursday 19th November.
The accreditation is reflective of Fredon’s ongoing commitment to mental health and wellbeing, and it means:
- 80% of employees at this location have participated in General Awareness Training;
- that there is 1 Connector available for every 20 employees; and
- there is access to an ASIST resource.
