Chris Lewis is one of Allstaff’s talented Project Managers, who was recently selected as a ‘Young Achiever’ category finalist for the (AMCA) Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors Association of Australia Victorian Training Achievement Awards.
Chris started with Allstaff Airconditioning as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, gaining invaluable learning experience from the Allstaff engineering team. His progression included being exposed to the engineering interaction with live projects and in doing so, he became a highly proficient Project Engineer in his own right.
It was this exposure to live projects which planted the seed for Chris to consider a different career path as that of a Project Manager, by utilising his excellent communication skills and engineering knowledge to manage projects on a more holistic level.
On Friday 3rd December, the AMCA held their 2021 Industry Excellence Dinner in Melbourne, and we are proud to announce that Chris Lewis has won the AMCA Victorian Young Achievers Award.
