We’re proud to share that Fredon Technology Victoria was awarded Host Employer of the Year – Traineeships at the NECA Education & Careers Annual Awards held in Melbourne in March 2025.
These awards celebrate the achievements of apprentices, trainees, host employers and educators across the industry, and we are honoured to be among those recognised.
This award highlights our ongoing commitment to developing telecommunications trainees and supporting their pathway into the AV industry. Our focus has been on mentoring and supporting the 14 apprentices who’ve worked in our Technology division through to full time employment with our team.
We value our strong partnership with NECA, whose collaborative and supportive approach continues to contribute to the growth of the industry.
