The new 29-storey skyscraper being built at One The Esplanade in Elizabeth Quay will become Chevron Australia’s new headquarters.

The building will offer 54,000sqm office floor space and have 3,000sqm of space for retail and food establishments. The tower can house up to 3000 people and will feature childcare and gymnasium.

Fredon had been engaged for the Electrical services on the high rise which encompasses the following:

• Installation of generator including felling systems
• Power reticulation including submains, circuits and boards
• Earthing systems and lighting protection
• NBN cable access pathways
• AV Systems and Lighting Control
• Security, Access Control, CCTV
• DAS System, Communication and Data services,

The development is scheduled for completion by 2023.
