The building has been designed to achieve a minimum of NABERS Star Energy Rating of 5 Stars plus 20% and 5 Star Greenstar As-Built with design provisions to achieve aspiration target of 6 Star Greenstar As-Built. The building satisfies the requirements for Premium Grade as defined by the Property Council of Australia.
