The Explosive Ordnance Logistics Reform Program is a Department of Defence national project aimed to upgrade several explosive ordnance depots across Australia.

Fredon brought their Electrical and Communications expertise to the Mangalore Depot in Victoria, which involved redesigning the communications infrastructure, ‘future proofing’ aging communications infrastructure, and re-engineering the power supplies into the Defence base.

Despite several major redesign variations, the team delivered the project in April 2020, a month earlier than the initial project schedule.
