Fredon has secured a number of contracts across Victoria and Western Australia with a combined value of approximately $120 million.
These projects span the data centre, health, education and student accommodation sectors, and reflect the strength of Fredon’s integrated electrical, communications, ICT and security capabilities.
Key projects include:
- Additional electrical works on an existing Victorian data centre project for Lendlease, increasing Fredon’s total contract value on the site to approximately $155 million
- Electrical and communications works for the Bunbury Hospital Redevelopment in Western Australia
- Electrical, ICT and security services for the University of Western Australia Nedlands Student Accommodation project
- Electrical and security package for the 609 Wellington Street Purpose Built Student Accommodation development in Perth CBD
These awards continue to highlight Fredon’s ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects across live and operational environments nationally.
