Congratulations to Cale Symons, Project Manager from Fredon Air WA who won the Project Management and Support Award at the 2023 AMCA National Industry Excellence Awards held on Friday 24th November.

Cale has built an extensive career in the Mechanical industry, progressing to his current position as a Project Manager at Fredon. His previous roles as a duct installer, site supervisor, project engineer, and facilities manager have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the field, equipping him with the necessary knowledge to excel in his current role.
Cale is a highly valued member of the team, known for his exceptional leadership qualities and for cultivating an environment focused on finding solutions. He collaborates closely with the team to address and resolve challenges.
Cale proactively provides training, mentoring and constructive feedback to junior site team members and non-site-based staff, uplifting their construction, contractual and site knowledge.
