Congratulations to Dendy Gonzales, 2nd year electrical apprentice with Fredon, on being a finalist for the 2025 CROI Tradesperson Scholarship at the NAWIC NSW Awards for Excellence held on Thursday, 13th November, recognising her outstanding commitment and potential in the electrical trade.
Dendy began her apprenticeship with Fredon in February 2024 and is currently working on the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick project. In a short time, she has earned a reputation for being hardworking, eager to learn, and adaptable, qualities that have made her a valued member of the project team.
Originally from the Philippines, Dendy’s journey reflects her resilience, leadership, and passion for the industry. Currently undertaking her formal training through NECA Training, Dendy has gained hands-on experience across communications, lighting, and power, building a solid foundation in electrical work and an appreciation for how these systems support essential facilities.
