Across our offices and sites nationwide, teams have come together to host events that raise awareness, encourage conversation, and to support these important initiatives.

In Perth, Paul Hurwitz delivered a toolbox talk at a Morning Tea and highlighted the internal trained Connectors who are available to provide support.

Staff in WA signed the Flag as a show of support and commitment to check in on their mates.

A toolbox talk and morning tea in ACT brought our team together for the important cause.

The Air VIC team in Heatherton took a break with Kit Kats, designed to spark conversations and check in on each other, hosted by Mental Health Ambassador, Jeff Howell.

Together with RCO, Fredon arranged a lunch for more than 250 workers on site at Westmead Hospital Paediatric Services Building. Brad Parker, CEO of Mates In Construction, delivered an impactful talk.

The Confluence Water & Fredon teams at North Head WRRF were privileged to hear from Todd Russell, one of the two survivors of the 2006 Beaconsfield mine collapse. Todd shared his remarkable story and delivered an important message about mental health and the impacts of workplace traumatic stress.
