Located in Melbourne’s Digital Harbour precinct, the A-Grade commercial tower at 1000 La Trobe Street rises 23 floors and is one of the precinct’s first new highrise developments.

The new building spans 40,000 square metres and features 17 office levels, two plant rooms, lobby, health and wellness facilities and premium end of trip areas.

Fredon delivered the Design and Construction of the Mechanical Systems on the development. Works included:

• Building Management System
• Energy Management Systems
• Smart Building Technologies
• Heating, Chilled and Condenser Water Plant
• Air Handling Plant
• Zone pressurisation, smoke management and stair pressurisation
• Pre-commissioning of VAV’s

1000 La Trobe was completed in late 2021.
