John Holland’s new Victorian Headoffice resides in 180 Flinders, a new A-grade office building that involved restoring and refurbishing the heritage-listed 1899 Welsh and Ball building and constructing an additional six new office levels on top of the existing car park.

Fredon was engaged to complete the Audio Visual fit-out for their new Headquarters. The works performed included:

• 82 Small, medium & large meeting rooms, including video and audio conferencing, room booking and control systems
• 1 x 24-person Boardroom
• Training rooms
• Reception Video Wall
• Immersion Rooms
• Cafe Background Music System

The team completed the works in 8 months.
