Sydney Water Infrastructure Pipeline and Supply Chain Expo

By March 27, 2024No Comments

Sydney Water recently held their Infrastructure Pipeline and Supply Chain Expo for 2024 at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. Fredon and the Infrastructure team were proud to exhibit at the event and showcase our capabilities, latest technologies and industry best practices in the water sector.

Amidst a challenging environment brought about by rising costs, climate change, a growing population and a tight labour market, the infrastructure expo was the place to develop a thorough understanding of the solutions and ways forward. The theme was Infrastructure for a 22nd Century City and how we can build it together. This draws on the significant infrastructure delivery program that’s forecasted by Sydney Water’s Long-Term Capital and Operational Plan outlining how we’re planning for the city of tomorrow, today.

The team also attended keynote presentations and panel discussions on topics including strategic partnering, growing the First Nations Economy in NSW and insights into the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Breakout sessions focussed on Major Projects and Regional Delivery Programs.

Fredon are delivering projects for Sydney Water at West Camden Waste Water Recycling Plant, Richmond Waste Water Upgrade, North Head Biosolids Upgrade, Nepean Dam Deepwater Recovery Project and Bondi Waste Water Treatment Plant and we are excited to continue partnering with Sydney Water to help build the city of tomorrow, today.
