Our Fredon site team on the Melbourne Park Redevelopment raised an impressive total of $13,135 for The Monash Children’s Hospital and Beyond Blue.
The raffle fundraiser was initiated by Steven Gates, Fredon Electrician, who is passionate about helping those in need.
Steven reached out to management to find support for the cause. With the help of Darren Camilleri, Fredon Project Manager and Phil Dipper, Fredon OHS Rep on the Melbourne Park Redevelopment, the team rallied up multiple trades located on-site who all generously donated prizes for the fundraiser.
As a result of everyone’s efforts, the site donated $3,135 to the national mental health charity Beyond Blue and $10,000 to Monash Children’s Hospital, a paediatrics and children’s hospital in Victoria.
