Charter Hall’s 555 Collins Street will soon join Melbourne’s skyline and become the newest commercial precinct.

The 34 level highrise span across 48,000 square metres and was fast-tracked for development by the Victorian Government to boost the state’s economy.

Fredon will deliver the Mechanical package on 555 Collins Street. Specific works include:

  • Water Cooled Chilled Water Plant
  • Heating Hot Water Plant
  • Air Handling Units
  • Fan Coil Units
  • VAV Boxes
  • End of Trip Facilities
  • Smoke Management System

The tower is expected to be completed in 2023.
