The BMS National Rugby Training Centre (BMS Centre) is Australia’s first dedicated home for women’s rugby. The facility will play a significant role in sport and in the community, including the 2032 Summer Olympics and Paralympic games. The BMS Centre will serve as the new home for the Queensland Reds, Buildcorp Wallaroos, Buildcorp Reds Academy, and other teams. This project delivered a state-of-the-art training and excellence facility for primary use of the Australian Wallaroos Rugby Team and Queensland Reds.

Fredon Technology were engaged to design and construct the audio-visual systems to meet the administration and management requirements of Queensland Rugby Union and the Game Day audio facilities for the new Ballymore grandstand.

The works comprised of:

  • Digital Signage
  • Meeting room presentation and video conference capabilities
  • Presentation and match review auditorium
  • High-performance gym AV system
  • Grand Stand PA for announcements and game day audio
  • Facility-wide digital audio and video control managed network

Fredon Technology successfully completed this project in August 2023.
