Deloitte has been operating in Canberra for over 35 years, providing various professional services to both Commonwealth and Territory Government agencies. FDC had engaged Fredon to carry out the electrical and communication works on four floors of Deloitte’s new offices located at 6 Brindabella Park.

Fredon’s works included: General power systems. The supply and installation of new switchboards for the MCR and FCR rooms with USP system on level 4. Communication systems on each floor and the fitout of 5 new comms rooms including backbone system and racks. The fitout of the client’s area which consists of 3 extensive fibre networks which are contained within dedicated clear conduit pathways. The supply and install of 2 x 48RU Class C racks. The installation of specialty lighting throughout the floor plates including custom hand-blown pendants and custom linear fittings. As well as installation and integration of complicated lighting control systems which included Dali, DMX and Dynalite systems.

The team successfully completed this project in June 2023.
