In Tuggeranong, Canberra, the former Department of Social Services commercial buildings have been refurbished and repurposed to become a new senior living community which will house over 300 apartments and numerous communal spaces once complete in late 2021.

Fredon delivered the Electrical, Communications, Security and AV services for three of the five repurposed office buildings. Works included:

• Full strip out of existing electrical and communications systems
• Main switchboards & distribution boards
• General Power systems
• Internal and external lighting
• Specialty and decorative lighting
• Casambi Bluetooth lighting controls
• Communications design
• Intelligent Energy smart meters
• Audio Visual
• Access Control

Fredon completed the works in 10 months.
