Investa Property Group, one of Australia’s largest commercial office real estate companies, has appointed Fredon to deliver the Preventative Electrical Maintenance on fourteen of their office towers located in Sydney’s CBD and North Sydney.

Fredon’s Service and Maintenance deliverables include:

• Thermal imaging of switchboards and busways
• Power Factor Correction equipment
• Annual building power down and switchboard maintenance
• Bi-annual equipment test and tagging
• Annual Exit and emergency lighting testing
• UPS and DC system maintenance
• Data and Communications Infrastructure inspections
• Diesel generator plant monthly tests
• Stored fuel testing
• Annual lightning protection and protective earth testing
• MATV tests and maintenance

Fredon will be maintaining these buildings over a five-year period.
