Fredon was awarded the Mechanical service work on the Karingal Hub Shopping Centre Redevelopment project.

The redevelopment of the centre involves the refurbishment of existing structures and the expansion of the centre’s footprint. Locals and visitors will experience a brand new destination shopping precinct with upgrades including a new food court, a market-style fresh food precinct, a lifestyle and fashion retail section, an outdoor dining and entertainment precinct and a new multilevel car park complex.

Fredon completed the following works:

• Heating, Chilled and Condenser Water Plant
• Air Handling Plant
• Smoke Exhaust system
• Integration of new building management system
• Electrical works associated with new mechanical system
• Mechanical Fitouts for two major supermarket retailers

The Karingal Hub project was completed in late 2021.
