Fredon Air were engaged to carry out the supply and installation of air conditioning, exhaust, outside air, and full BMS for this new build. The work comprised of:

• Supply and install stair pressurisation system
• Supply and install 4800 L/S heat recovery system
• 154 VRV fan coil units

Fredon completed the works in January 2023.
