Congratulations to Dylan Forster on receiving the AMCA NSW Young Achiever Award for 2022.
Dylan is an Engineer for Fredon Air (NSW) and has been involved in several major projects such as Westmead Hospital, Bowral Hospital and Rozelle Interchange. Most recently, Dylan has stepped up as the sole Engineer for one of Fredon Air NSW’s major projects.
Having joined Fredon in 2020 and with less than three years of experience as a Mechanical engineer, Dylan has proven to have an excellent understanding of the foundations of mechanical engineering and has demonstrated holistic thinking about technical problems and developed innovative design proposals.
Dylan is now in the running for the AMCA Australia National Industry Excellence Awards 2022, which will be held at the Grand Chancellor, Brisbane on 25 November 2022.
