Giselle Phillips: Woman of the Year 2023

Congratulations to Giselle Phillips on receiving the Women in Industry Safety Advocacy Award and the Woman of the Year Award for 2023.

Giselle, a HSEQ Advisor for Fredon, has played a crucial role in bringing about positive changes in Fredon Queensland by pioneering technology to simplify training and competency compliance. Giselle has also proactively promoted mental health and well-being initiatives in preparation of the updated Psychosocial Code of Practice. Her practical and solution-oriented approach benefits all involved, and she takes pride in positively impacting the company and people’s lives. Giselle is most proud of leading the introduction of ‘Lucidity’, Fredon’s centralised training program.

Giselle is also an advocate and champion for women. She has goals to inspire her daughters and other women to overcome challenges to achieve success in all areas of life, and we congratulate her on well deserved recognition as of Woman of the Year.
