Fredon attended the 2022 NSW National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) Excellence and Apprentice Awards last Friday.
We are thrilled to share that our Electrician, Christian Peronis, won Apprentice of the Year for Commercial / Domestic and our Infrastructure project team received a Commendation for the Industrial Large project category.
NSW Apprentice of the Year in Commercial/Domestic
Christian Peronis, who was a 4th Year Apprentice at the time, was nominated for his demonstrated technical abilities, willingness to learn new tasks, and ability to adjust to different roles and responsibilities.
Christian was working on the Sydney Football Stadium project and was noted as a reliable team member, taking on challenging tasks with urgent completion timeframes. When he was still a 3rd year apprentice, the project team entrusted Christian to lead and manage a group of four in communications cabling for one month, where he successfully met his production targets.
Now that he has completed his apprenticeship, Christian has continued working with Fredon as an Electrician.
Congratulations and well done to Christian on this achievement.
